MEDICAL AI, VASCULAR INTELLIGENCE
Voxseen

Manifesto
HEART ATTACK.
STROKE.
AMPUTATION.
Most major vascular events announce themselves years in advance.
VoxSeen is a medical AI company building the standard of vascular
prevention. We turn routine CT scans into vascular intelligence so treatment starts years before the event, not after it.
Built with 5 of the world's leading vascular surgeons.
In clinical validation across Europe and the US.
The Unseen
Cardiovascular disease is the world's number one killer.
Twenty million deaths a year. Over €1 trillion in annual cost.
Silent for decades, the first symptom is often the event itself.
Yet it is visible. Every year, more than 100 million CT scans
image the chest and abdomen for other reasons, and the arteries
are right there on the screen: plaque, calcification, stenosis,
building quietly for years.
Nobody is asked to look.
No standard exists to measure what is already in the images.
When treatment starts earlier, clinical literature reports
20–30% fewer major vascular events.¹ The information exists.
The standard doesn't. That is the gap VoxSeen closes.
The STANDARD
VoxSeen. The standard.
No new scan. No new workflow. VoxSeen reads the CT scans your
hospital already performs — in one pass, across the whole
vascular tree.
The result is the VoxSeen Score: one number that quantifies a
patient's vascular risk, and a structured report that triggers
prevention.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Prevention lives in data that already exists.
The most powerful screening program in history has already been
paid for. More than 100 million times a year, the arteries are
imaged incidentally, no extra dose, no extra cost, no extra
visit. The future of vascular prevention is not another exam.
It is reading the ones we already have.
A standard — not another tool.
Single-organ solutions read the heart, or the brain, or the
aorta. Disease doesn't respect those boundaries. Vascular risk
needs what cholesterol has had for fifty years: one number every
physician understands and every guideline can build on. That is
what the VoxSeen Score is for.
Built with clinicians, not around them.
VoxSeen is designed with thirty of the world's leading vascular
physicians, inside real hospital workflows. The report
strengthens the clinical decision — it doesn't replace it.
Technology that asks clinicians to change how they work doesn't
scale. Technology that works the way they do — does.
Evidence before claims.
We are a medical device company, and we act like one:
multicenter validation, a growing imaging registry,
peer-reviewed publications, CE and FDA pathways. We publish
what we find, and we don't claim what we haven't shown.
CLINICAL EVIDENCE
VoxSeen is collaborating today with four tier-one clinical centers,
CHU de Bordeaux, Mount Sinai New York, AZ Sint-Blasius and
LMU Munich.
Our multicenter validation program runs on 1,000 CT scans,
and our first peer-reviewed publications are underway,
on the path to CE marking.
TEAM
We are MedTech natives: twenty years in global leadership, one successful exit, and five of the world's top vascular physicians at our side. Operators who built and led global MedTech businesses. Engineers and scientists from medical AI and large-scale infrastructure. Physicians who treat vascular disease every day, and helped design the standard they were waiting for.
